At MatricLink, accessible from matriclink.co.za, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. Data Processing & Local Storage

MatricLink is built to protect student anonymity. The academic marks and grades you enter into our calculator are processed dynamically to determine your Admission Point Score (APS) and match you with eligible higher education courses. This data is not stored permanently on our servers. We utilize local browser storage (localStorage) exclusively to hold your marks temporarily on your own device so they are not erased when you refresh the page.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

We use Google Analytics 4 to monitor anonymous traffic metrics, user engagement patterns (such as scrolling behavior and form interactions), and geographic trends. This operational data helps us improve our platform features and contains no personally identifiable information.

Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising Cookies
