How to Apply via CAO for KZN Colleges
If you want to study at UKZN, DUT, MUT, or UNIZULU, you must apply through the Central Applications Office (CAO).

- Get a CAO Handbook: Download the latest handbook from the official CAO website to see course codes.
- Create an Account: Click "Apply Now" on the CAO website to generate a unique CAO profile number.
- Submit Program Choices: Enter up to 6 different course choices in order of preference.
- Pay the Application Fee: Pay the standard application fee (usually around R250) via an online link or at an EasyPay vendor.
